Referrals. Mortgage comparison requests are not available yet. We do not collect or route contact requests through this site. If a licensed-partner referral service is introduced later, it will require a separate explicit consent process and may involve referral compensation.

Estimates only. Results use published Canadian guidelines and editable assumptions. Lenders apply their own criteria. Being within CMHC benchmarks does not mean you are approved.

Rates. Rates shown are example assumptions unless clearly labelled with a live source and update time.

Your information. The calculators do not ask for your name, email, SIN or banking details. Calculator scenarios are not submitted as contact requests. Browser printing stays under your control; avoid sharing a summary that contains private financial details.
