What we collect

When you request a review, we collect your first name, email, phone number (only if you choose phone or text), preferred contact method, transaction type, timeline, province, the calculator you used, the date and time, your consent, basic referral/campaign information, and a summary of the calculator scenario you entered.

We never ask for your SIN, banking details, date of birth or credit score.

How we use and share it

We review each request ourselves. With your consent, we share your contact details and request with one selected licensed mortgage professional so they can respond. We do not send your request to multiple brokers and do not sell it to marketing lists. AffordNorth may receive compensation for a referral.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent or ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. We handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).
